This is a good point. At every other casino on earth you usually get more free stuff the higher your level. I got exponentially more perks in the lower levels than Iâve received since I became HOF. This site is run ass backwards. I receive $150 in free slot play a week at my nearest Caesars casino for being Diamond, plus a $200 âmega bonusâ one day per month. Bovada rakes in immensely more money than Caesars because of their low overhead and not having to pay taxes⌠yet the âplayer rewardsâ have damn near disappeared completely in the last year. Doesnât add up.

Yeah I finally chatted with someone and they said even tho I chatted with them when I deposited last week and the bonus wasnât credited I wasnât eligible for the bonus unless I deposited again lol

I havenât deposited in the last few days because Iâm worried it wonât go through. They also havenât credited me bonus as they should have considering my activity, my level and the outages. Anyways, I wonât be playing until I receive proper compensation but Iâm curious does deposit/withdraw still work?

Those of who you have had issues with deposits/bonuses not credited/games freezing/lost money/etc. while this has been going on⌠I recommend going to the front page of site, scrolling to the bottom, and clicking/tapping on that shield that says âcuracao e-gamingâ. At the bottom of that page there is a complaint form you can fill out and submit. Iâm not sure it will do anything because bovada probably practically owns this âe-gamingâ authority, but if you have a legitimate beef with something that happened you could at least try it.
