What does site stability issues mean I think the problem is more than they are telling
I’m assuming that my issue is also a part of what’s going on. I’ve already notified customer support, via email, too. During my most recent session playing 10X Vegas, I hit a payline on a Wild retrigger, which means a Jackpot spin. Jackpot spins in 10x Vegas are auto-winners. You can win, I believe, either 10 or 20 x your bet, or the entire Jackpot, which was somewhere around 20K during my gameplay. It’s a can’t-miss win…unless something happened like what happened to me, and the Jackpot spin was never afforded to me. Doesn’t make sense. I’m not crazy enough to think that I would hit the 20K jackpot but;
A) You never know, and
B) At the very worst, I would have won something, and in a session where I lost in excess of $45 playing 10x Vegas, and in excess of $350 for the night, I would gladly have taken any win…and I was guaranteed one by the games own terms and conditions.
It’s almost a lose/lose situation for me, b/c I will never know what would have happened and, obviously, do not expect to be compensated with an entire jackpot win. I guess I just havta accept what happens, but it’s a tough pill to swallow either way.

My winnings where stolen and the ref number was changed on my ticket and I have proof. I have reached out multiple times with no answer.
Remember guys, do NOT use bovada to check scores on live games / wager off that. During placing it will auto change the numbers and lock you in. There is no recourse because the customer service agents are surprisingly rude.
No point in arguing about unfair live bets when their score system is way out of wack. Just use alternate sites to check live scores.
They may give you 50$ like they gave me to shut up, but just tread lightly here.

The site only works for me when not on wi-fi which costs data!!! Any idea why?
Normally Bovadas biggest fan but this is tough. I am reasonable and I understand a couple of days but this has dragged on. I hope they make right by their players

If you are offering a service where people pay (and lose) it is unacceptable to have these outages and issues. When a better platform comes out you end up losing a lot of clients. Personally I use the sport book and the score time issue is a big problem. This was not a problem prior to your march/April update. You probably need better system admins.

At least a dozen times today the website kind of freezes. Nothing shows up where your balance normally is. Refresh and nothing. Have to clear the cache. Sometimes it works. Most of the time not
