Yeahh youād think so. Iām HOF with 500 Million pts+ and basically get treated like absolute garbage. The last 20 deposits Iāve made, rejected for any rewards. Games glitching constantly in casino. Bonuses hitting with 1/10th normal regularity - if at all during game sessions etc. Iāve yet to be ācompensatedā for the subpar platform issues and donāt even get player rewards of any significance. Plenty of deposit bonuses which amount to nothing lately. It seems Bovadaās only answer to when will things go back to normal is āmaybe after some more depositsā¦ā

As for that 10x Vegas jackpot bonus spin thing - the spin can Forsure end up a bust sadly. As much as Iād love to blame that on a glitch. Generally they will be winners and give you about 10x your base bet. Sometimes 20x - but there are the less common busts. Used to play that game TONS - it was the best - then it just went ice cold. As much as I played it, never got jackpot bonus - but damn did I feel close a hundred or so times lol. The bonus jackpot game though comes with such random irregularity that itās a tough one to figure out what exactly triggers it tbh. Never figured out in all my gameplay on that game - but got the rhyme or reason why the bonus would hit or not in that game. Best of luck!
I have been trying to reach customer service for hours , I just placed 4 almost exact wagers and , they weāre overs , they were to me 100% wins ā¦ without a doubt omg I put my entire account into it and after losing ā¦ i looked thinking i was rich and they were all placed as undersā¦ in crying hystericallyā¦ i list everything ā¦ i never bet big this was gods gift to me for help i neeed and it was a complete utter disaster ā¦ And I know the rules you guys canāt do anything I donāt even know what to do Iām literally in tears crying in my bed I donāt know what to do

no rollover at all it was just my bankroll no bonus

Do you have an idea on why you got that amount? Like how much were owed & when did this happen to you, what was the duration of time ?
@James i received the 50 in rewards points with the assumption the website was at that point working properly. Needless to say lost the 50 as the site went in and out during live betting. Now itās like I wasnāt even compensated, if I realized that I would have just held on to the 50. Is there going to be more compensation once this is all worked out? Not trying to toot my own horn here but being HOF status the 50 given and taken away due to the issues just doesnāt seem right.
During the outage in December which was around 4 days I received 200 due to the HOF status. This one is now going on over a week. Iām hoping Bovada makes it right this time.

Well I already have a few pictures taken over this month when I selected wagers and it was showing a different wager on a completely different game while I was clicking on itā¦ I have like a few different examples but they said that that was resolved but the bad so I made tonight I literally made four separate wagers on the over the line kept climbing do a higher amount so I got even more on the house and even more of the house as the spread it was a garuntee to me
but the wagers were placed 3:05-3:18
I feel like the balance may update like itās a mistake they will fixā¦ itās happened before like it settles incorrectly ā¦ but it says under on my wagers ā¦ā¦ Iām guessing iām screwed no one will believe me ā¦ iāve never contested it wager ever in my entire life I spend $1200here the past 24 hours for and never complain one penny Iāve lost like 10 grand this month so the fact that Iām which really hysterically crying over $600 just shows itās because itās not correct
