Sorry - my error. No. I have only received 15,000 Reward Points and another 40,000 Reward Points for the outage. I have made about 7 or 8 small deposits prior to all of this and could not figure out why suddenly I could NOT get any bonuses! Excuse me: I did get one “exception” bonus for $15. Yeah…right.

Hi all - a couple observations based on the last few days:
-
CS has been MUCH looser with free bonuses than ever before if you ask (not compensation for site issues, but based on account activity).

The moderators don’t have anything to share, but they and we deserve better. There is a HUGE distinction between general site instability and unavailability of deposits for multiple days. While they should give general compensation for site instability, it’s understandable on some level if they don’t.
But for those deposits, people made those with the expectation of being able to bet on specific games. That’s money we didn’t have access to on other sites. I didn’t get to bet the UCL Final at all, for instance, and that’s all I was looking forward to.
I just hope we don’t let the craziness of that situation drop with the site instability issues. That was absolutely egregious. They need to explain exactly what happened and show us that they recognize how unacceptable that was.

Well - the big question I think we are ALL WONDERING is are they hiding a large truth from us (I.e., they got hacked, the bitcoin price drop is killing them, etc.). At least I have been able to ascertain from these posts that I am not alone in my customer service problems and the sudden drop in bonuses where I ask “Live Chat” to near zero.

Yeah - they have it on Bovada’s homepage as an ad. If crypto keeps dropping and you play, you might win one btc worth a nickel.

Hey guys and gals. I’m currently a Legend level 3 on the verge of leveling up and been wondering if they can control the outcomes of the games. I received alot of bonus lately… Biggest was $100 maybe from the 5/26 incident and also got $30,$15 and $45 on 3 seperate occasions. Nice getting those comps… But what wasn’t nice was it went by quick… And I mean very quick. Didn’t even get any kind of wins like I’d normally would have… I play video poker and slots… I got dealt a royal flush on jacks or better betting max $1… Made a nice 4k handpay… After that I lost all of it back and then some… Did I just got set up for failure?
It’s still there for me. Just checked 10 seconds ago. Don’t wanna post a Pic and get the ban hammer.
