I use Bovada a ton and have for like 8 years, if not longer. I have restrained the last couple of days due to the lack of respect for its players. We spend our money, we want updates. I wasn’t as upset in the beginning when there was a semblance of respect but with near no updates or timeframe, I will not deposit again until fully updated. Stand strong, fellas 🫔

I deposited 4 times of 300 dollars today and got a 40 dollar no deposit bonus after the 4th deposit. I asked customer service why only 40 dollars after 1200 dollars worth of deposits and they said it’s only based on the most recent deposit. I asked them if I would have gotten a 40 dollar no deposit bonus after each 300 dollar deposit if I requested it and they said yes. I have confirmed this with customer service 6 separate times in the past 2 weeks on this matter

The no deposit bonus policy has changed within the past 2-3 weeks because a month ago I received three consecutive 100 dollar no deposit bonuses after only depositing 150 dollars once

How tough is it for a CS rep or a mod to ask ā€œhey so whats the actual issue going on specifically ? So i can pass the info along to the olayers as , ya know, thats MY jobā€

I find it EXCEEDINGLY hard to believe that in 2 weeks that hasnt come up. In every single job ive ever worked if theres an issue thats the first thing every employee asks.

Totally correct, and what’s baffling is that they handled the December outage so much better/openly. It’s like night and day the difference in communication etc from the site/CS this time.
