Because I don’t believe them I was seriously told by a agent we will get compensated today shows how true there word is.
Ok well this isn’t from a CS rep so it’s more reliable in my opinion but nobody will really know till it happens so guessing is kind of pointless right ?

There’s no way everyone will be compensated the same. I know we all got a little reward points gift on the 26th but some got 10 and some got 50$. Some people on here deposit and gamble thousands weekly and others maybe 24-50$. They are going to reward Hall of farmers a lot more than a rookie I’m sure. The exact numbers who knows

You realize that email only says that they already added rewards (50,000) and that “impacted players” will get more, which agents are saying is already distributed and nothing more is coming? stay in school.

Spoke to a supervisor last night, once the issues are cleared up they will compensate everyone differently and it will be based upon tier level.
It clearly says after issues are resolved they will be compensating people on a per player basis by activity and service interruption moron. I’ve talked to multiple people and have gotten multiple responses telling me this. Stay in your own lane Junior ! I’m only reporting exactly what I’m told
Maybe for you. I deposit a lot on here, and stopped doing so due to having no transparency during this issue. I am for sure getting compensation when this is over or I will go elsewhere. Doubt they want to lose players who are HOF RR. I have a lot of options where I live anyways
