How is that determined exactly? I know in my case there were instances where I had parlays i tried to cash out on but couldnāt because I couldnāt log in or the site would just be a blank page just to find out later I missed by one leg. I know there are levels when it comes to the type of gambler or the wager placed but this past week Iām sure we all have missed out on some good action. Why block someone who is asking about COMPENSATION for this terribly handled situationā¦seems to me anyone who speaks out about this is being silenced.
I also have another question. Why on the promotionās page you guys have 10% cash back listed as a perk for becoming a Bitcoin exclusive member but all your representatives that Iāve spoken to say that itās no longer offered? Itās misinformation and misleading to those that take advantage of that offer if itās not even something they get to take advantage of. You all gotta do better for your customers. There are other sports books out there that value their customers
@user1100 Youāve already received compensation and if contacting numerous times then that couldāve been a decision made as we try to get back to everyone.
@Measy06 Cashback is offered however not to everyone. Once joining the program is when our promotions team make the decision. As far as the activity that would be reviewed for final compensation; I donāt have those details but it should be clearer once we get to that situation
It should not take a week much less the fact we were constantly told it will be resolved by a deadline and then that was pushed back. Everyone should get another reward points drop at the very least. I canāt deposit and Iām getting really tired of this, obviously, as is everyone else

@Matty_Bovada There is also still a lot of glitches with the poker software unfortunately, constantly having to try and reload out of nowhere.

Hi there, I am sure you are inundated with players upset. I am a HOF W/over 12 mil points, but I feel like that doesnāt matter. I missed many important tennis parlays that would have been winners. I still have issues with depositing. I was only able to deposit sporadically bc of site issues. When I saw the $50, I felt wronged. I felt I deserved something more. When will Bovada compensate again?

My question is when? Seriously rediculius responses all the time. Now the soccer matches not displaying. You are saying you will see the activity to give the compensation. How we will have the activity of bovada is crashing every 5 mins. Only one soccer matches displaying in live whereas 1000 matches are going on now. Seriously worst bovada.
