Site Stability Updates

so your back up and running now and took care of nobody for this mess thats really great thanks

This is my first post. I have been with Bovada since, well, since I can remember. It’s my absolute favorite sportsbook. Or, at least was. I loved the points system, the bonuses, free spins. I relished the rewards and the way they made it interactively fun. I remember getting free points ā€œjust because.ā€ That was probably the move that won me over.

But these system updates, if that is what they are, have caused me ridiculous headaches and who knows how much lost revenue just due to sheer instability. I hate to say it, but you can’t be the preferred sportsbook and have a site that suddenly has reliability and stability issues for more than a week with no end in sight.

It’s depressing, disappointing, and heartbreaking.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for 14 hours. Last night a bet of mine cashed out cause for no reason. I was looking at my bets and it just cashed out I don’t know if it was a glitch or I clicked it by accident? Can you help please

This is getting more and more frustrating as the day goes. Can’t get a bet in and when I finally do the spread changes and it seems I always lose by a point or so that was changed smh. Really making me think that the games are rigged.

I did qualify for them but I haven’t gotten them in over 6 plus months. The csr i just talked to said that it doesn’t matter because she couldn’t find them in my account and they aren’t doing them anymore. But I remember getting them every week on a Tuesday or Wednesday and they were for around $40. I had gotten them every week like clock work for a long time. Then they stopped. I talked to someone awhile back about this and they said it was because I had won alot and that is why I haven’t been getting them. So I really don’t know why they stopped but they did awhile ago. Another one of bovadas great mysteries I suppose… Where no one knows but I’m just not being compensated anymore and sorry about your luck… 🤷

Could you see if I qualify for any possible perks by chance? Plz

This thread on stability issues has become unstable we have been stalled out plain and simple and now random topics are eating away at task at hand this thread should either be closed or moderators need to start or shall I say stop answering these pointless questions that are pertaining to individual accounts or reroute them to appropriate thread.
Moderators I respectfully ask that some kind of definitive response be given today there has been many speculations/conspiracy theories within thread on what’s happening behind the scenes, misinformation and answers vary from cs agent to cs agent. This has gone on for 3 weeks now across all platforms in the bovada family and sister sites, it’s time to shed light :bulb: to the customers that keep the lights on and bills and salaries paid. Please show some respect to this group and honor some of the values you hold dear such as your promise to players… I hope today is the day we all at least get some answers!!!
