I am just confused how some people got more than just the regular rewards points compensation and some didnt. I am a hall of famer with over 15 million points and activity is really high. Costumer service states they see all the confirmations but say transaction are still pending on bitcoin network and need to just wait. Not impressed

@Matty_Bovada I recently deposited and it was confirmed on the blockchain. I want to make sure it will show up in my account. I have receipts saying it was sent to the right address etc. I also should be compensated for this mishap
I’m super confused on why people keep depositing right now. Maybe take a break for a few days and see how this all plays out.

Myself and two of my friends I’ve been waiting for our deposit to land in our accounts for more than two hours and all of our wallets say transactions complete. We are being inconvenienced from the system hopefully there will be some compensation
Every single issue I have complained about for last few months and some I kept to myself for example bets being placed at one number showing the green check mark and saying placed on a live bet thinking I won, then after game done it doesn’t update my balance I look at transactions , it shows a completely different spread and I lose . I thought I was crazy but apparently I am not thanks to this forum thread .

I clicked a bet I wasn’t trying to place and tried to cash out but I ended up refreshing the site and got logged out and couldn’t log back in the bet lost and I called and waited a whole hour and 30 mins on hold just for them to tell me I can’t get my money back and no free play or compensation I really wish I was in a area for fanduel I have had it with Bovada and their representatives and lack of concern. ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU GUYS SITE IS DOWN I HAVE PUT $60,000 on this site in the year I have been here something needs to be done asap compensation reward points or something make something happen and quick @moderators
@Matty_Bovada it would be cool if you’d tack on a no rollover $100 point drop to the deposit that’s been confirmed for almost 2 hours. never got any points from earlier this week. can’t get in touch with cs. never hear back from anyone in the forums. getting kinda ridiculous.

I received reward points in the amount of my deposit instead of my actual deposit just now. If I was to redeem those points won’t I be losing money? and I have to meet rollover requirements?
