So I just looked over my spins for the month and I unintentionally increased my slots pers spin from either one dollar spin to two dollars a spin this month because subconsciously I didnāt understand why I wasnāt winning anything open till this month for over a year I have used $.20-$.50 cent spinsā¦ This month my largest win on a slot on a spin was $140 and that was on a dollar spinā¦/: Can somebody please explain to me how when for over a year 20 sent and $.50 bins would get me 300400 to 1000 $ wins on a slot machine single spin all the time probably like five a week when Iāve literally now going up to two dollars itās been in my largest win in the entire month was $140 like that is a straight red flag that something is wrong here

@Matty_Bovada any recent updates? Iād prefer not to deposit again until I knew this was completely over with, but I wouldnāt mind playing with some comp reward points. I know this isnāt your fault at all, but I mean Iāve gone 8 straight days with very minimal game play and thatās disappointing.

My deposit went through today and site has been running smoothly for the day until now. Pages load very slowly again or donāt at all. Glitchy pages and error messages when i click many tabs in the site

Pretty obvious games are tightened up to major degree right now. Bovada uses 100% crypto ā¦ which tanked 50% in the last 2 months.
Casinos change RTP alllll the time, but are regulated to maintain an average payout percentage. Bovada isnāt regulated by anyone, and there is nothing to stop them from putting up a smokescreen such āsite issuesā while they recoup losses on 40% RTP.
Then you have all the glitching, errors, loading issues etcā¦ to offset wins from other games

by the way I get it goes like this is inconvenient but I mean nothings going to speed up the process theyāre gonna fix it when they fix it allow them a chance to do right and then if youāre not happy with what they provide after the fact then raise hell but I think itās a little premature to be attacking them like this get your evidence of how itās messing up on your account and again if they donāt fix it himself then provide the evidence and tell him why but being mad especially because you use them because you have to because of them being offshore itās just amazing we need them more than they need us lol

Champions League Final over. 5 hours since my deposit. No word from bovada. I would say what Iām hoping to bet on next, but its Saturday so the bovada team is probably getting prepped for the party tonight. What a joke.

Iāve been depositing anywhere from $500 - $3,000 weekly for a while now. Thatās probably not much to some, but thatās what I can do. Iāve gone 8 straight days without depositing or playing much because of my lack of trust in Bovada right now and thatās just ridiculous. Iām not extremely tech savvy so I wonāt speak on what I donāt know, but 8 days is a really long time. Bovada would have made thousands off of me in deposits if there were no site issues. I just would have thought that the response, customer service, and compensation would have been more adequate than it has been to date. If weāre talking lifetime deposit vs. withdraw, Iām probably down $20-30k. When this is all over, find a way to make us customers happy again. If yāall are only going to compensate players based off the last week of activity, Iād get nothing. Which is disappointing. But does anyone blame me for not wanting to deposit on a broken site? Thank you to anyone reading, Iām only venting as a disappointed loyal customer.
