so when Bobo tells you that they give you compensation for an issue that occurred to you that you’re not getting anything else that’s a big violation to say that because in the terms conditions to state that you’re having continual issues they have to continually compensate every two days from the last major occurance … this is major Bovada … What bolvado does not realize is how the entire gaming industry is watching their responses through this crisis and it’s a very delicate situation Bovada doesn’t handle this correctly potentially could like really ruin their business permanently… gamblers Are glutton for punishment but the one thing they will walk away is when it affects their own money this is the is the first time ever with Bovada has consistently admitted that your money is being affected by there casino glitches … Gamblers a superstitious , if dint think every online casino is scrambling to steal us all away … your nieve… I’m telling you Bovada you guys need to really address this situation head on give us detailed updates 60 minutes later Fairly compensate your affected players within two days of that specific occurrence… I think we’re Bovada wrote that rule didn’t expect multiple days worth of occurrences maybe that’s a sign that if you are experiencing that it’s time to shut the casino down til it’s fixed
Can you look at my problem. Or at least respond please
A genuine update would be appreciated @moderators … not only is your site experiencing mayhem but this thread as well cause we know nothing substantial about whatever it is your’re doing
@Paul_Bovada @Nancy @Matty_Bovada @Jasmine congrats by the way Jasmine on your promotion. You are due love
feel the same long time customer to
this shit has been going on for months and all you do is bullshit and give 50 bucks not fair at all you guys need to rethink your position on this NOW
We have no updates at this time, as soon as we do we shall post.
That sounded genuine… I can rock with that. Thanks Paul
All I got was a lil 15 dollars smh. Like what am I to do with that. When I’m losing out on money
As soon as we get any updates we pass it on, we cannot provide information we do not have I’m afraid.
@Paul_Bovada I was told the reason for delays is that the wallet address used to deposit had been previously used can you give some clarification how an auto generated wallet address given by your site can have been previously used. And it wasn’t previously used by me
I was also told to make sure I request a new wallet address every time to make sure it hasn’t been used before. How would I go about doing this if I am just randomly given a wallet address when I click deposit bitcoin on your site
When you request to make a deposit you are given a new address.
So don’t paste any previous address you might have used, use the new one that is generated each time.
@Paul_Bovada that is exactly what I did. And have done hundreds of times when depositing on your site and now all of a sudden the address you site is given out have been previously used. How do we know this won’t continue to happen and we will then have delays continue when depositing with your site
@Paul_Bovada if a mistake was made by your site I understand things happen just be transparent with your players provide fair compensation while these issues are going on and not keep your players in the dark while you have our money
If this is the case it’s something I wasn’t aware of, and haven’t been told as such. This is the first time I’m hearing this, so maybe your situation a s little different to everyone else’s
@Paul_Bovada if that is the case and you haven’t heard about this could you please take a look for me to make sure the information I was given by costumer service was correct. Becuase it is concerning that the wallet address given to me was previously used in a transaction
Now 22 hours, and I still haven’t got my bitcoin deposit. Lets start a new day of no answers from bovada.
I’ve been in contact with customer service. They said our deposits are not confirmed on their end. They provided a link to blockchain.com for the BTC address that was generated (and I sent BTC to) when I went to make my deposit. I’ve worked with coinbase and confirmed that my BTC was sent to the address provided. BTC was then sent out of that address for my deposit. Bovada is claiming the funds are not confirmed as a result. If I’m following they never will be confirmed because they were already received and subsequently sent out of the BTC address. Afraid this is a rug pull.
In addition to all the other site issues, bovada completely stopped working on home internet/wifi today, need to turn wifi off on phone to use it, not good. Anyone else just have that happen today?
