That is true…so I do apologize! However that doesn’t negate the fact, your users are in the dark, frustrated and take this lose of time and money very serious. It doesn’t feel like the moderators or the company feel the same way.

How many different issues are outstanding? I see that Bovada has to manually credit bitcoin deposits and someone made a remark that the site is running fine with wifi right now. I have not seen posts today about poker interface issues. Is that a sign of progressing closer to a new normal?
I agree at least 200. Been booted out of video poker. And I swear I got a royal flush and held two buttons and it just did the cars itself.

Are the random point drops really random or are they based off of recent activity history or losses?
Theyre dropped at randon but the amounts are based on play and losses ( even though they’ll tell you they’re not they 100% are)

It wasn’t just wifi. Same thing for me and I wasn’t on wifi. Crashed. Couldn’t log in and the community page wouldn’t even load up

Please just fix the issues. Everything is fine then just goes to hell. Absolutely love this site, but I’ve never seen anything like this.
