This stuff is beyond frustrating and Iām sure you guys are too but I hope you guys at least provide us a timetable on the conclusion of ātech issuesā
As someone who has been here since 2007 this is tough to watch this place in shambles as people leave Bovada and spend their money elsewhere

This is absolutely out of control. I have over $7K in wages the past week and have had to fight to get my own money onto the site - and replace wages plenty of times after they never went through due to these issues. I missed out on many good wages and did not get many true lines on games due to this. I have lost over $2K being unable to place winning wages (that were submitted; just got the spinning circle) and I have been unable to cash out anything due to this throughout this period.
Over a week of this and all I have received is $9 of rewards points. Itās disgusting and laughable. I should be receiving $1000 at a minimum for compensation; which is half of what I even would have won (without a rollover like a bonus comp) to even consider continuing to play here.
Frustrated would be a light way to put this.

James, please ensure players are properly compensated immediately. Dragging this on is good for nobody. I, as well as all other players - give you our hard earned money. We cant even place wages or deposit at times. Beyond upset here. $7K of wages the past week and I get $9 of rewards pointsā¦ā¦.

Will there be any compensation for HOF members? I was unable to cash out on a bet do to the site crashing in the middle of it? Not to mention I havenāt received any kind of cash bonus from you guys in months.

Donāt want to startle anyone but I was able to put a bet in finally. I didnāt get a confirmation screen but itās showing up in my transactions ā¦
