I’m actually really excited for this week. My birthday is next weekend and I’ve already received bonuses from the other sites I play. I’m looking forward to Bovada telling me that they have an exciting bonus for me…
and then a CS agent shows up at my door and kicks me in the balls.
Yeah I made a deposit I believe Tuesday and it went through and I asked them about the bonus I had selected and they said it was due to the site issues. So im hoping now that it seems like things have gotten better they can get some more compensation out to everyome and my bonus credited but we will see when I wake up tomorrow if it’s not in shambles again lol
I still haven’t got my deposit from 58 hours ago. Just got off the chat, and was told it would be 24 to 48 hours before I get my money. Maybe it’s just my bad luck haha
I don’t have a deposit complaint, but I do have a complaint about how terrible the response by Bovada has been to this.
Just spent 45 minutes in a chat with a customer service rep just to be told they can’t add anything to my account because I haven’t deposited since they last gave me a bonus. Of course I haven’t deposited over the last several days? Why would I when there is a banner on the home page acknowledging site issues?
I feel like I’m being punished for not wanting to deposit while there are on and off site crashes. It’s like every rep I talk to doesn’t understand why the $40 they gave us however many days ago isn’t enough to make me happy about this. I spend hundreds, sometimes thousands a week on this site in deposits. If the site was messing up for 11 straight days, why would I be okay with $40? That’s terrible.

We shall see. I definitely have said for awhile…maybe a yr or so…that we would start to see issues with this site amidst competition and legalization of Sports in US … I just think it is coming all at once in many ways including the price of crypto declining rapidly and forcing them to adjust . I do think they’ll do whatever they can to keep long time players and the “big fish” on this site. Similar to a huge compensation I received when hosted last yr during the outage… got a total of $1,200. It won’t just be the hosted players this time but will be everyone but biggest amounts going to loyal members , highest status, and most money spent seeing 1K or so.
It is inevitable and they know there’s no way around it this time and that they are gonna have to bite the bullet on this one and just pray that we don’t all cash out big and likely tighten the casino up.
I know one thing. I’ll be sticking to sports. If you’re gonna play on casino, I’d play on it now while the site is a mess over when it gets fixed and people get their free money… much like people getting their multiple stimulus checks and many not working in the real world .

@moderators - I can’t log into my bovada account. Keeps refreshing to this page(see below). I did all the trouble shooting options and still can’t get in. Was able to access community page just now.
So on 5-27 between 5:47 and 5:55 pm I made 2 deposits back to back to play blackjack!I got the 93 first and went in to play blackjack I would make my bet and then as the cards were dealt I would get kicked and it would reload! once reloaded it would give me a new hand each time and my funds were the same! This happened multiple times in a row so I thought it was just restarting me each time! then my 175 deposit hit my account and I went back to trying blackjack again and the same thing happened multiple times so I finally went to 5 times Vegas and spun one time and after that spin my account was below a dollar! So im at a lost of what happened and would like it fixed as minutes later the whole casino and forum were down! So I missing both deposits now and highly upset and want it fixed as I’ve made almost a 1000 worth of deposits on 5-27 alone!!!So I would bet then draw a hand and hit stand or draw then it would freeze and I would refresh page or it would kick me from the game and I would go right back to it. Every time I entered again it would start a new hand and the balance was the same! after about 15 hands max like that I decided to play 5 times Vegas upon entering game I had I think around 265 in money in the account then after my first spin all of a sudden it said I had like 70 cent if I remember correctly! I looked at bet thinking I might’ve bet the max per a spin but it was 9 cent a hand! I spun it a couple more times thinking it was a glitch from all the issues and it wasn’t it stay under a dollar and I was so confused
Experience has been crap. Constant lagging on all games. Can’t log in or deposit. Zero crypto bonuses now. 3 months since a rewards point drop. Customer service reps that just hang up on you. Just crap
Exact same problems here …hit a bonus wheel on reels n wheels xl yesterday in a $40 spin and it just rest…when the game finally started again I had the cost of the spin deducted from my account with nothing else. Shits frazt
