Seems like for me if it didn’t work by clearing the cache it would work after I turned my phone off and back on 
it seems to be running fine now.
I am able to get in but not with out trying different things. Turning wifi off and back on. Sometimes restarting my phone works
I was told by a supervisor the site isnt fully fixed
