I’m with you on this one…
When I consider risk, I think to myself, if a company is publicly admitting fault here, the loyal customer has never made a technical issues case before and the loyal customer has consistently made deposits… (deposits > withdrawals) is Bovada going to really lose customers over $3,000-$5,000 of owning up to the issues they have caused for everyone or are they going to find an excuse to tell the loyal customer they reviewed the case and they see no fault although they don’t know the technical issues the customers may have experienced?
Bovada is going about this in the wrong way, if I was Bovada, I would no doubt credit loyal customers who made legit cases and have a good standing history… the risk Bovada takes is losing loyal customers, and they will either never get them back again or it will cost them way more to get the loyal customer to consider depositing again.
Customer (especially loyal customers) are always right! That’s how I do business unless I can prove someone isn’t being honest or they have a history of false claims.
Only way to be treated right is to stand up together and refuse to deposit with Bovada until they make the wrongs; right!
