Gotcha… I have over 3K in futures NHL bets on Tampa and Colorado to win the cup from before the season. I just hedged on the Rangers and Edmonton so I don’t have to sweat at all and can just enjoy the next 2 rounds. Not worried at all tho they’ll figure it it !

Yesterday CS told me that tech team would provide bonuses sometime today. Today I reached out and ask what’s up. Amd they just said my bonus was denied haha
I also asked why my weekly crypto bonus points and free spins haven’t showed up in over 7 days. Crickets.

If anyone here was using and had a balance on 5dimes when they shut it down you know exactly why you should be pulling your money off here for now until these “issues” go away.
Also, I saw in SBR forum a guy posted he called in today and received a 50 and 65 bonus for compensation. So I figure ok I’ll try live chat and see what happens. After waiting for the agent to “check my account” for 20 minutes, they finally come back and say nothing is available. The inconsistency of this business is an endless joke.

The funny thing is I was booted from the exclusive BTC program but yet I’m getting these bonuses with 5x rollover since I was booted. To my understanding people that were booted had outrageous rollovers to complete.
Asked several times something isn’t adding up and if I’m not booted give me my measly 15.00 and 1.45 in spins a week. No dice.
