Coldstuff i donā€™t think they can give a timeline. They know what the problem is but do t know how to fix it, or, they donā€™t know what the problem is but could fix if they did. Either way, itā€™s a blindfold pulled over our eyes and we take it

Once we know its resolved; Iā€™m sure theyā€™ll be a quick turn around to how fast compensation will be credited but I just donā€™t know when that would be.

Theres literally no way for the site to know who was affected

And basing comp off activity is prepostetous when so many arent depositing or wagering because of the issues

Bovada- " heres 25 dollars because you didnt deposit or wager during the last 2 weeks so you werent impacted "

Me- " i didnt deposit or wager BECAUSE of the issues"

Bovada- " how do wr know that?"

Me- " look at my 31 day activity pre 5/20"

Bovada- " nahā€¦ we are good. Enjoy your 25 dollars"

I have a huge problem with thisā€¦ I have NO recent activity to evaluate, because I chose not to deposit my money on a site that isnā€™t working properly. So what about me? What about those of us that usually deposit hundreds and thousands on a weekly basis BEFORE the last 12 days of log in and deposit issues? Will we be compensated?? We have been impacted negatively too you knowā€¦

So make sense of this for meā€¦ during the weekend i was not able to connect to to any of the bovada collection of sites or communities while on wifi at the beach, only data. Once i added a vpn it worked fine on wifi. Now today i cant connect via data connection without a vpn. Wifi works fine by itself. Obviously sites are still one big shit show. Not sure y a site would be down like this for so long unless it is some type of ransom situation but under those circumstances i would assume the sites would just be totally unaccessible. Y i keep playing on these sites still really speaks volumes to the degenerate in me. Because if i had any integrity at all I would say to hell with all of these sites possibly forever. And these are just some of the problems I have had since Saturday.

The questionable further compensation while would be nice I wont hold my breath. It would just be nice to get everything working normal like every other majorly used site on the web and possibly communicate about problems but maybe its way over most of our heads.
