I think there will be some kind of compensation. Probably $20-$50. Just enough to make most people happy. Of course there will be a lot of people that are looking for free money not happy.
Think of it this way, by the site being problematic they saved a lot of people some money.

i was also told this by one CS agent, but have been told by other agents there would be a review after the issues are resolved and compensation will be issued. But then again, Iāve had agents tell me the issues were resolved when i still couldnāt get the damn site to loadā¦ so long story short, all of these people are clueless. this is easily the worst run site/business anywhere as far as overall communication and customer service. it just happens to be the best option for folks who are in states where FD, DK, and the like are legalized.

Right, guy said he was told the same thing as you, but these reps donāt know jack. I have many screens these last few days of reps and even a supervisor saying more comp IS SURELY COMING ! The site wasnāt working for 3 days back in Dec I got 100$ so Iām sure weāll get something for sure

They know 5% of what the mods know and the mids dont know much at all

Yeah if we donāt get atleast 250-500$ for some levels with 1X rollover in surely out. Iāve already switched to betonline anyway but Iāll use theyāre free comp
