You’re really making me work here! So you are saying that a goal scored in the first minute of halftime stoppage time, 45’+1’ would be won by a guess of 46’. A goal scored in 46’ (first minute of second half) would also be won by 46’?

A goal scored in 45’+2’ would be won by 47’, as would a goal scored in 47th minute. Two different points of the game, but they both are won by the same guess.

And this means that a guess of 92nd minute is allowed or even 94th if the game is extended by that much stoppage time? So 0 would NOT win if goal is scored in final stoppage time, but 0 DOES win if score is 0-0 at end of regular play and game goes to penalty kicks.

Is this all correct?

yes technically there could be 2 of the same times for the goal if there is added time.
0 goals will only win if there are no goals at the end of the 90 minutes plus whatever is added.
So you could win with a guess of 94 minutes for example.
