**I placed a live wager on hockey. I went back to my live wager and changed my mind to take an early cash out. I placed a total of $299 to win $104 when I had the cash out option available the cash out was dropped to 240ish. Soon as I try to take that cash out amount the button disappear. I turned off my phone and turned it back on, I logged in and logged out and I also even refresh bovada. The cash out button still didn’t show/return so I contacted customer service while the game was “still playing” **

Customer service tells me mid conversation my wager was SETTLED That’s bullshit I clearly waited to talk to you guys as my wager was still in process and I showed them the evidence here that my cash out option disappeared. Ever since bovada had that maintenance shut down game scores and cash out options been f**** I deserve my money back for whatever happen

We’re sorry for the frustration, but note that unfortunately cashout is never guaranteed to be available. Further, once the period had ended obviously the wager would settle even if you were on a contact with customer service sadly.

Like really? It’s always the “Not guarantee” card. You guys just said the same about my deposit bonus.

If the game would of have something to do with a glitch with bovada (which in my situation it was) you guys would have took the money back and claimed it loss. Bovada wins either was

Resettled < you lose
Win < you lose
Loss < You lose :joy:

Do you guys no how many times I had to contact customer service after my wager was a win and they claim it as a lost? Too many f******* times

And they’ll resettle it. I shouldn’t have to do that

There likely wasn’t a glitch here unfortunately. In all likelihood the cashout was simply pulled a few seconds prior to actually clicking the button. Also had you won the wager it definitely would have been paid out to you. Ultimately if we graded your wager a loss it means that other players have had it graded as a win.

Waiting on customer service to answer me took over 20mins

There’s only 20mins in a period of a hockey game.

So of course it was a lost because it didn’t hit, but my complaint is I tried to pull out my remaining cash out that I had available when it only dropped 50ish dollars.

and the moderator has already explained that the cashout option is not guaranteed. You placed the bet and they no longer gave you the option to settle it with a cashout. Them’s the breaks. Once you place the bet, there’s no guarantee you’ll ever be able to undo it.

@TomTom400 I didn’t look into the exact game but idk if you are aware for example if a team takes a penalty they will suspend a cash because even if you bet the under for example and there only 3 minutes left In the period obviously mathematically the under 0.5 is likely to hit but if a team takes a double minor the over might become favored…so there may have been a reason your overlooking is my point

just be honest. you tried to take something you thought was a quick money maker and you were watching it and said “shit this aint looking good” then they took it down and you got pissed. lol its not that complicated. dont bet -300 bets thinking they are locks. guarantee that was a 1.5 line you could have taken instead.
