Unable to Place Bets, Use Casino, 5-6-7 times a day

Hi there, been long time player
I tried going to support but they are no help and think no one else has this issue and its my device. So i want to ask here.
Many many times a day. In the casino games will not load.
I try to reload the site and I will get a red error message at the top of the screen.
I log out, clear cookies and website data, reload the site
I click login nothing happens
I click login again I can put in username and password, then again with the red login error. Can not do anything
I clear cookies data website
Try to reload sports. I do not receive red error at the top but some random number error. Try the casino red error
I again close out of anything, clear data.
Wait 15 minutes- in a new window- can now log in
I go through this numerous times a day, sometimes more than 15 sometimes less than 15.
If you ever really want to get a bet in, this will surely happen

Is this in anyway happening to anyone else? I have different friends who say it happens to them. I use different browser, even tried downloading the bovada app from chrome on my mac, same issue. Of course being a 15 year player here means nothing. They will look you dead in the eyes and say “We have received no reports of problems with our website”

With the deposit issues, I would think bovada would take these issues more seriously. When I talk to chat they will not even transfer me to senior or supervisor, forget manager. I just confused on what to do here. I have won some amounts by getting lucky with bonus scratch offs, and will let that run its course over the next few days. Until I get some answers I will not deposit here again until we have answers and the site works like every other sportsbook/casino in the world.

After giving them screenshots, they are admitting there is an issue
They recommend I do this, what I have been.
they claim they have no idea when it will be fixed, and still unable to talk to a supervisor, manager, senior, what have you. They even disconnected me before we finished the chat. I have been nothing but polite with them.
Denied a comp based on the frustration this has caused. (if i had been down this year though you can bet surely I would get one)
If any manager reviews these posts here, can we please just get a consistent answer?
Going from “we have no reported site issues” to “this is normal behavior for us now” is quite the leap. If any managers do read this please reach out to me.
