Wager Graded Incorrectly

I posted this over the weekend but for some reason it got closed before I got an answer.

It doesn’t get much more clear than this. I obviously locked in the below wager at +100 but was only paid out at -115. Therefore i am owed an additional $37. @moderators can you comment on this ?

I believe this was already handled by CS, and confirmed with sports.
It does show as -115 on your account.

Ok so if that’s the case I just need confirmation here so I can warn other customers about this.

The “bets placed successfully” confirmation screen that a bovada customer receives when placing a wager could display both incorrect odds and or incorrect payout? Are you answering yes to that question? Clearly my screenshot shows that the system gave me confirmation at +100. If the actually odds/payout can differ from this screen that is a HUGE issue with Bovada’s system.

That would be like going into a physical Sportsbook and placing a wager and receiving a printed out bet slip that shows the bet was placed at +100. Once you win you bring it to the counter and the cashier says sorry I know your bet slip shows +100 but the system had you as -120 so we can’t give you the money that your bet slip shows.

I need some Clarification here as others have reported the same thing happening.

That’s a big deal Paul. I would like to hear that explanation as well

@moderators???

I’m afraid I can only advise what sports tell us. We are unable to override any decision they make regarding wagers unfortunately.

So the confirmation screen a customer sees when placing a wager could have incorrect odds/payout?

I don’t think I have seen this before, but I would advise to go by what you see on the wager slip itself, as this will be what the wager was logged at, and consequently what any payments will be based on.

Once again, I don’t think you can just tell your customers that.

We do advise that you check your betting slip after you place a wager, this would show the confirmed details as the wager was logged on the system.
