I can’t seem to find anywhere, that it notes college hockey betting rules.
The big 10 is graded where as games end after OT is marked a tie, and they play the shootout only for points.
I would think Michigan & Notre ML bets tonight would be graded a push.

I’m sorry for the incorrect information here, but this wager was graded correctly the second time. Note that shootout results do count for moneylines in hockey.
If Notre Dame won the shootout they would be the correct decision.
