We provided a website that officially carried the game that’s why the wager is settled as is.
I guess we cant win them all. Hopefully, the sports team will take another look.
I had a wager that was graded a loss. It was a 3 team parlay, first bet won, second bet retired and they graded it a loser right away? The third and last part of the parlay was still ongoing with a great chance to win at the time. I went to cash out and saw they graded it a loser which should not have been even graded yet. I wanted to buy out for my original bet if possible and at the time with half the parlay in the bag, the retired match should have been omitted from the prlay, instead it was graded as a loser taking away my option to buy out? Can I please be compensated for this?

The point is it was graded as a loss before she even lost? They graded it a loss when the second match retired, not allowing me to cash out?
Do you have a screenshot that shows that the Cashout feature was available before the wager was settled?
Why was Ref. 23021696091022 changed to ‘Unsettled’??? I thought I wouldn’t have to write again after my wager from the above inquiry was correctly fixed as a win. You just took from my current balance incorrectly.

This is the same outlet you pointed to when you told me Marcus Rashford’s goal was instead an Own Goal. The posted link credits Rashford with the second goal. What could possibly explain the reasoning for this latest update?
Upon review of the settlement, it appears that your wager was placed when the line should not have been available for betting. This is no fault of yours, however; when a wager is considered past post as per our rules the wager will be canceled.

Can someone give me some clarity - if a bet is made on doubles tennis at +3.5 games for the total match and I won the first set 6-3 then lost the second set 2-6 and the third set tiebreak I lost 10-5. I have always been told the third set tiebreak counts as one game therefore I would have won but bovada ruled it a loss and I contacted them and they told me I’m wrong and don’t know what im talking about and then ended the chat in the middle of the conversation. Does anyone know the rules? Thanks!
