I want to point this out in a public forum, but it’s already being addressed by the sports team. That’s an inaccurate statement, here’s rule 11 of your own esports rule:
- In the event that a match starts, but its live is postponed for more than 6 hours due to technical issues or other issues affecting the match, bets placed on live markets will be voided, except for the markets that are already determined. Pre match bets will still have action, unless postponed for longer than 24 hours. Live will be treated as a new match once resumed
In my case, the match started, I put a live market ML wager bet in, and before it’s conclusion, technical issues arose that made them have delay this until tomorrow night. By your own rules, this should be a push, it’s been well over 6 hours at this point. To reiterate, my bet was not a bet made before the match, ie a “pre match bet” that would allow for 24 hours, this was a live market bet that should be voided, after 6 hours.
Don’t put rules up if you’re not going to follow them. It’s unprofessional and any governing state gambling commission would have a field day if you were a legitimate regulated provider for dancing around very concrete rules posted
