I picked Jaheim Bell to score 2 or more touchdowns which he did one rushing and one receiving. Yet it is settled as a loss. I attached the betting slip and proof that he scored two touchdowns.
Can someone explain to me why this wager is settled as a loss. I’ve spoken and chatted with supervisors at Bovada and they repeatedly say this wager is settled correctly as a loss. Jaheim Bell scored two touchdowns one as a rushing touchdown and one as a receiving touchdown. For total of two touchdowns. So this wager should be settled as a win!!! So how am I wrong!!!

Thank you Brooke for acting so fast. I appreciate you. I tried to get this fixed by calling and chatting but they kept telling me it was settled correctly as a loss. Which I knew that was wrong. They really gave me a hard time. I spent over a hour on the phone with them last night and then an hour chatting today. I knew I was right and it was so frustrating because I couldn’t get them to understand there was a difference with a passing touchdown and a receiving touchdown. I was so stressed cause I knew I earned the win yet they kept telling me the decision was final as a loss. Is there anyway I can get some compensation for all the stress and time they put me through. I appreciate anything you can do. Again thank you for your quick response. It’s because of you I will continue being a customer with Bovada cause I was ready to shut it down. God bless you.

This wager was marked as a loss, but it should have been a win. There were more than 10 double faults in the game, see images attached, please advise.

It pushed. Yet when I look it up, the game settled with scores of 6:3 and 6:2 which would be a total of 17 which puts me way under the game total of 20.5
That game was a walkover and therefor void.
