Wager Settlement Issues (Part 1)

How is it a walkover when the game completed the first and majority of the 2nd set would cover as the guy who surrendered was loosing 5:4. With first set was 6:1. I was way under by 3 games.

They only played 2 sets, well 1 and most of the 2nd

Thanks!

It was corrected. Congrats!

Warning,

Bovada has a wager where you can bet if a pitcher will record a win. Basically you must pick yes or no and only states game must go 8.5 innings. Issue I had was the pitcher I picked had a no decision. All the agents kept telling me it was a loss when MLB did not record the loss for the pitcher I picked. Bovada’s baseball rulebook does not have anything on this. There should literally be something written for every sort of wager. If they aren’t going to follow the rules per the sport their rulebook should state so. I couldn’t get a push, void, or a credit with some rollover amount. Only 1 out of the dozen agents I message agreed the wager I had was a no decision. It’s embarrassing I get treated badly, but whats worse their agents aren’t familiar with how baseball pitchers are accredited wins, losses, or no decisions. Therefore my friends I don’t recommend playing this wager.

If you bet yes that your pitcher will win and anything else happens but the win then you lose. It makes sense to me. Unless I’m missing something of course.

Please provide the wager number and we’ll take a look again.

I need some help that direct Bovada customer service couldn’t assist with. How is it that my bet gets graded as a loss when the player doesn’t get any at Bats? Rengifo should be voided as he didn’t get an opportunity to even hit.

Please advise cuz if this is indeed graded as a loss when he didn’t get any at bats, I will be pissed and it will be completely BS

Welcome @ Vishus650, please provide the wager reference number.

Both bets loss due to the same player being graded as a loss when he didn’t take any at bats. I believe this player should be voided

Nothing? Don’t tell me this is logical, a player with 0 at bats doesn’t get voided? Come on now

He got hurt before he was going to take his first at bat. It should be avoided unless the rule books has specify rules, which I couldn’t find.

I found this for you so it shows he did not attempt a swing in the game so he was never credited an AB

I believe this rule applies on both wagers:

Sorry if this isn’t the correct place to post but my two bets are not paying out. I’ve checked and double checked, they both seem to be winners. Normally my winnings come very quickly so this is a new issue for me. If needed, reference numbers are 23091810795450 and 23091810776090 - thanks for any help.

Hi Yonderer, checking on this.

This was settled now. Congrats with a win!
