This match is so weird I found score with 84-72 but game is not end. I found score with 81-72 with game end and I also found game canceled

i have the same problem. I won a wager, fund were there. Then it magically went away.Ref. 23091820138071, now balance is at zero.
The wager correctly settled as there was not a Field Goal in every quarter of the picks in your wager.
Is there any update to these bets? Now both references have been unsettled completely despite both being a win.
Edit: Ref. 21081363584516 was unsettled completely and appears to be back in my open bets, but Ref. 21081363584394 is now completely missing from my open bets.

Hello, I have three wagers that were all declared winners or losers (they’re all winners) but then they were declared unsettled, then back to winners, and then unsettled again. I have checked and double checked, they’re all winning wagers. The reference numbers are “23091821845910” , “23091821841227” and “23091821845985”

Okay thank you for looking into it for me. I just double checked my wagers, and then I noticed that “23091821841227” had been declared a winner and paid out but it didn’t pay out the full sum of winnings. It shows it as a “Risk $ 10.00 / To Win $ 62.37” but then “Total Amount$ 21.42” which obviously isn’t right.
