Wager Settlement Issues (Part 1)

Yes Bellingham didn’t play so he should’ve voided but Martinez was the goal scorer in the game so should not have voided. Either way the other 3 legs hit so the payout should be as a 4 leg parlay or a 3 leg parlay if they somehow void Martinez even though he shouldn’t be. As it stands it’s not being credited either way @Dominic

I’m checking this with sports.

I clarified with sports and as Martinez wasn’t in the starting line up the selection was voided.

Need help not graded yet.

Can Ref. 23111847820202 be graded please? @moderators

On 11/10/23 Michigan State and Penn State played to a 3-3 tie, and Penn State got an extra standings point for winning the shootout, but per big 10 rules, the shootout is not worth a win, it’s just a point.

The moneyline loss should be graded a push

See attached screenshots

One is Michigan State’s team page that shows the tie

One is Penn States that shows the box score

One is Big 10 rules in regards to how the tie is calculated and points.

Hi in this case the Rule 3 applied on this settlement - Hockey Betting Rules

How can that be when on the official website it’s graded as a tie?

The shootout means nothing in the big 10, like it didn’t even exist (except for points)

I understand the ruling, but in this case it isn’t correct. Because the game ends in a tie

I couldn’t find this on the website. Can you drop a link here?

Never mind, found it.

This rule is not determining the wager settlement on any of the gambling websites but is defined on their website as a part of the Men’s tournament tiebreaker procedure to determine the winning percentage at the end of the regular-season in case of unbalanced schedules due to cancelation and etc.

It goes for points not win percentage, in the screenshot above I posted that

I fully understand that Michigan State lost the shootout, but in terms of record, the game ended in a tie.

“NCAA games can end in ties, although conferences may elect to use a three-person shootout to award points in league standings after the initial five-minute OT. Non-conference games tied after the initial five-minute OT will end as ties.”

This was a conference game

From my understanding, shootout winner still gets 2 points and loser 1 point even if the regulation time was a tie. Which means that they still improve their standings. And those rules are used to determine who gets what if during the season several teams are tied, to determine the winner.

In the “best regular-season winning percentage” shootout wins are not included. This wager was just about one single game, Moneyline (simply, who’ll be the winner). As the game went to shootout, per our rules one goal is awarded to the shootout winner. In this case Michigan lost the shootout and one goal awarded to Penn state.

If the shootout wins do not count in perspective of a single game to determine the winner (not a full season, which this rules are about), than having a shootout losses any purpose at all, as teams can be awarded lets 1 point after the game is tied in regulation time or overtime. Like in soccer.

I completely understand what you are saying, but in an instance like NHL vs NCAA. The “final score” as per the box is 3-3 versus like a 4-3 win in the NHL. If it’s going to be in college hockey graded on the shootout result, I wish that was stated in the rules. (Going forward)

I honestly hate how NCAA does it, games ending in ties suck, and it’s probably 90% of the reason I don’t watch soccer

It’s almost like they want the shootout to count, but they don’t at the same time

@Maddie can you check on this ticket 23111848102311. Been over for awhile now and still not graded. Thank you and have a nice day

Wager has been settled as a win.

My over 4.5 cards bet in the Palace vs Everton game was graded a loss yet their were 5 cards given out by the referee.
