Sports team confirmed the wager was settled correctly. The yellow card in the screenshot provided does not count as per rule 11 for our soccer betting rules which can be viewed here.
You are the only book who does this. Such a trash book with zero accountability.
I mean the rule is clearly listed in our soccer rules. I am unsure of what you mean by zero accountability.
Nobody reads a rulebook before placing a bet. The guy Onana played and was substituted off. He wasn’t an unused substitute. That counts as a card at every other book.
This is the third time you’ve graded a winning card prop bet of mine as a loss. Lesson learned. Will steer clear of them here on out.

One time you graded an under cards bet a loss when a player got carded down the tunnel after the match had finished.
Soon after you graded an over cards bet a loss in a cup game because the final card came in regulation injury time. You kept saying it was Extra Time therefore void, when the ref hadnt blown the whistle for the end of regulation lol.
