Has anyone had trouble getting top scorer wagers graded correctly? I took Derrick White last night who miraculously tied with Jason Tatum (ejected) and Melton (fouled out) at 21 points. Ties pay in full for top scorer so I was golden. Beverley scored more points, but he was not a listed player. So bam 3 way tie at 21 points and a win!
Well when I go to check my account the wager is graded as a loss. I send a message and 7 hours later graded as no action. Now I’m told that it’s a loss b/c Beverly was top point scorer even though the sports team acknowledges he was not a listed player.
I take these top point scorer wagers regularly and they always state “listed players only.” That means only listed players considered for grading so Beverly should not matter.
Someone please help! I am being frustrated with Bovada support. The wager grading issues have been very persistent lately (10+ wagers graded incorrectly last month) and nobody you talk to on their end even understands the sports

Hi @dperez2006, your wage was voided due to Selection did not Start/Participate and the risk amount was refunded.
@Brooke_Bovada Derrick White participated and scored 21 points. I need help fixing the error the sports book team has made, not repeating the wrong info I have been given.
