The below reply from support makes no sense. They admit Beverley was not a listed player. The top point scorer wagers clearly state below the players offered âlisted players only.â The number of points scored by players not listed does not matter. Help @Mikey @Brooke_Bovada
âPatrick Beverly had scored the most for both teams with 26 points, meanwhile, Derrick White scored 21 points where he was tied with DeâAnthony Melton. As Patrick Beverly wasnât listed as a goodwill gesture, the bet was settled as a No Action and the risk amount returned to your account. The reason that shows your wager was settled due to the selected not starting or participating, is incorrect as we do see that White did play, I do apologize for the wording of the wager.â
I was advised by our sports team that prop wagers will take longer than regular game lines to be settled since traders need to wait for full official scorebox and gamebooks to be published after the end of each game (from 15 to 45mins in some cases). In this case, we will need to wait.

if a random player not offered in top point scorer/top receiver/top rusher/etc. ends up being the top point scorer the bet is not voided. The wager is for the top point scorer among the listed set of players. This is so frustrating.
Definitely agree with this. Cmon bovada. Itâs clear as day in the description. Says listed players only clear as day. Pay him

This is not right @moderators. Please fix this for this man as it is clearly a win. Getting really tired of the grading âmishapsâ. Rarely and I mean rarely does it ever happen on the other sites Iâve used. Here you have to go back and manually review every wager placed to make sure this bs doesnât happen. And it happens every damn day

Itâs really upsetting as a player to have to spend so much time trying to get a wager graded correctly. Putting a serious damper on my weekend 
We have escalated this to @James to see if there is anything we can do to further assist given that the sports team have advised on the reason as to why the wager was graded as no action. We understand your concerns and are trying our best to see if and how we can assist. For right now, the settlement provided by the sports team will have to stand.
