Oh and when you guys do finally come back on, can you please explain to me why our winning bets are just “mysteriously” not being graded by the sports team for what seems like a long ass ridiculous amount of time? But magically when our bets are losers, you’re damn straight those are graded instantly? I would really honestly like your true opinion on that please. Please don’t say the stuff they tell you to say or whatever is scripted. I mean cmon, I know that you guys have to have way more intelligence than that, and would honestly be tired of having to stick ur head in the sand… It just doesn’t make any sense for them to always grade winners/losers this way. You would think they would want us to be paid out just as fast so we can lose even more quickly. This is the only site that it takes sometimes forever to get your winning bets paid. Every other site that I play on, the wagers are graded instantly and at the same time. It’s just beyond frustrating. Sorry for the rant.

I had 2 bets cancelled but all the sites are listing the game as finished. Ref number 23121861758006 and 23121861758965. The game may have ended early because of fan problems but it counts in the standings as 5-0 and I think the bets could easily be counted as wins.

As per the Sports Team, the game was abandoned that’s the reason for the wager being settled as is.
What I don’t understand is why the game is listed on sites as finished at 5-0. Doesn’t abandoned mean the game doesn’t count? This game seems to have counted. If it did maybe you could consider grading the bets as wins? It seems like a special case

That rule could be modified here but what can you do? Really a bad time to have a game be stopped

I will check to see if we can grant the exception but once a wager is placed and accepted by our system, we aren’t able to cancel or modify it.
