@Dominic the wager clearly states LIVE REGULATION TIME FIRST HALF / FULL TIME… the live regulation clearly is shown as the first half portion of the wager while the full time stands alone. However if this is the stance bovada wants to take it makes no sense on its face… regulation time and full time directly contradict each other so makes this wager not even make sense. ALSO when I selected the wager it only showed what is above the date in that picute “half time / full time” clearly making the wager “FULL TIME” would imply FULL TIME or FULL game. if the wager only incuded the second half it should hav said “first half / second half”… IT DID NOT IT SAYS “FULL TIME”… this is rediculous. @moderators
I understand where you’re coming from. As it was placed on Live Regulation Time, Full time in this case means Full Regulation Time. Overtime in regulation time is not included. I’m sorry that this wager was a loss but the settlement is correct I’m afraid.

why would a wager say “regulation time” and “full time” … this is not acceptable it does not make sense at all… I also read this as regulation half time SLASH FULL TIME. THIS IS A WIN and Im going to need to speak to a supervisor something. @moderators @Dominic
If you want to speak to a supervisor you’d need to contact CS team.
This is not a hard concept it says regulation time and full time. Like what those are opposites. Also regualrion time is only specified for first half. Not happy @moderators

Wasn’t sure where to place this question but placed a small bet on basketball that was taken out of my balance but is not showing up in open bets or in the transaction history. Can’t give you a reference number because I was never given one. Its like the bet never took place but was taken out of my balance.
