Placed a small wager on first goal scored. Player doesn’t start, comes on after 45 mins at which time the score is already 2-1.

Bovada sportsbooks own rules state 'First Goalscorer: Players who do not play or who enter the game after the first goal will be graded as 'No Action’

Wager is initially (correctly) refunded and is later reversed as ‘loss’.

Help chat tell me sportsbook wont reverse decision despite bullet proof evidence that the ‘loss’ is a mistake, also tells me i have no recourse and no one else can help me.

I’ve been a happy customer here for years and years but it seems like sportbook is ignoring their own soccer bets rules?
