I also chose the option of 4 quarter winning margin. If this is the case how do I win a 4 quarter margin bet if the game is only 4 quarters? Then it would be 4-0 and I would still lose?

For the wager to win, the wolves would need to win 3 quarters, and the other quarter be a draw.

That isn’t how margin betting works.margin betting is the exact number. I’ve looked up the definition. Margin betting to win by 3 quarters and for them to win in regulation. They won exactly 3 quarters and the game in regulation

You didn’t bet on them to win 3 quarters, you bet on them to win “by” 3 quarters.
