Curious how total election votes has been graded as an L when they have not finished counting yet. Thanks for the help.

Iâll try to get some insight from sports for you.
Thanks Paul. Appreciate the help. Also if you could see if they could grade pinellas county Florida bets that would be great. 100% of votes are in. This is the official govt page here showing final.

On it right now.
We were advised yesterday that the Popular Vote Winnerâs markets will take a couple of days to settle.
Ya thatâs why the total voter turnout being graded I thought was strange. Itâs not close to done yet. Thanks though. Hopefully Pinellas county can get done soon. The Pinellas county has finished counting as seen on the govt page. â 100% precincts reportedâ.
I placed a bet on the tipping point state to be Pennsylvania (ref 24112019919322) however it was graded as a loss. I am checking Polymarket, Kalshi, and other sources where money is being wagered on this and PA is clearly the winner. (https://polymarket.com/event/us-election-tipping-point-state?tid=1730925880847).
I contact support and they wouldnât even tell me how this bet was graded as a loss, what source was used, and what was the winning bet. Absolutely ridiculous that you can do this to loyal bovada customers and not even be transparent. PA is the winner so please grade this as a winner.
We will check with the Sports Team.
Thanks! Please see the definition of how a tipping point state is calculated (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tipping-point_state). Please mark my wager as a win as based on this definition, it is a clear winner. @Mikey_Bovada
We are waiting to be updated on this.
As per the Sports Team, Wisconsin is considered the tipping point for this yearâs election. https://x.com/CBSNews/status/1854111079984501068
This is clearly not right. Please see the wikipedia page I sent explaining what the tipping point state means. PA is the correct tipping point state based on the margins of victory from most to least. When I placed the bet, I was not told how it will be calculated and I was assuming that it will be done using the most common definition.
CBS news is not right. Also, that is just a tweet and clearly says âProjectionâ.
Sorry for the frustration this may have caused; however we have been informed that the settlement is final.
You guys are ridiculous. Clearly you guys are choosing the outcome that most favors you based on how much much you need to pay out. Really unfair and ridiculous.
