Is Bovada just going to remain quiet about the issue while all of their legal US competitors do the right thing by refunding the Braves bettors?
Ultimately the call on the field was that the run was scored and the Phillies won the game. Inherent in any bet is the possibility and risk that the umps/refs on the field/ice/court can make a mistake or close judgement call and this can result in changes to the game and decision.
Changing this result wouldnāt really be fair to the players that wagered on the Phillies, as by our rules we donāt change the result of a game due to bad or close call umpire decisions. I understand this one might be a bit more direct than others, but games like this are impacted daily by referee decisions.

This being said, ultimately the decision isnāt ours and the Sports Team is aware of the ruling. If there are any changes to this wager it would be done collectively and weāll provide updates here, but again we need to take both sides into consideration and not just those that bet on the braves.
You gotta go with the call on the field. I didnāt bet the game, so I donāt have a dog in the fight. Butā¦ it would set a bad precedent to change betting outcomes based on feels and not the results from the sports leagues.

Iām not asking you to reverse the outcome to impact Phillies bettors, rather show a bit of integrity and at least push Braves ML bets like FanDuel and Draft Kings. The error was obvious and cost me a great deal. Yes, I understand the risks of gambling but itās unfair when the call is so blatantly obvious that it should have been an out. Iām not saying the Braves would have won had the right call been made but who knows what would have happened.
The error was blatant and the umps mustāve forgotten to wear their contact lens. But the situation is that the Phillies got the W in the record books. Sportsbooks canāt change the outcome of the game and only pay out according to what is recorded.
And youāre right though, whose to say the Braves would have won. I sure was hoping they would as I had a bet on them but the end result is the umps/NY screwed us Braves bettors in having a chance to win.

The CSGO match for team XSET vs lemondogs on map 3 had erroneous live odds throughout the final map. Just sent an email for support to void the tickets I placed, but wanted to see if others noticed this too to help give me support on this?
If you rewatch the stream for map 3 below on overpass, as the caster points out, the live odds were so blatantly wrong for both sides. If you look for example after the 11-4 halftime, lemondogs were almost 3-1 underdogs to win the match, even though they were a heavy favorite and up 11-4 at half. These errors were translated to the round totals/ spreads and caused me to place awful wagers on XSET to cover a map spread, when in reality they were getting destroyed but the odds didnāt reflect how badly they were really losing.

Based on other score providers the game ended Xset 1 - 2 Lemondogs. You can review the scores here as well.
The final score was accurate yes - not refuting that whatsoever, you can even rewatch the match to see the final score on map 3 was 16-7.
The issue was the live odds were being calculated at the time from an incorrect score line.
During the match these odds presented were not reflective of the live in-game score whatsoever. XSETs opponent was winning 11-4 at half as a heavy favorite, yet weāre at this halftime they were +280 to win the map, when in reality the live odds should have been -3300 to -6600 . This equally translates to discrepancies in the map spreads. The caster even points this out throughout the final map if you wish to rewatch the video. Fast forward to the 11-4 score on map 3 at the round start to see the odds displayed and his confusions .
I have sent a more detailed explanation to the support email.
Referring to live sports rule #7 - in an obvious error of the lines these tickets should be deemed āno actionā.
@Boikobk It might be that the live scoreboard was not accurate, which does happen from time to time unfortunately.
So if I placed multiple wagers that generated odds /spreads based off what was later proven to be a highly incorrect displayed score lineā¦shouldnāt those wagers be voided?
You shouldnāt really use the scoreboard for live wagers, as per rule 1 here.

As such, lines will be settled according to what occurs in the game, using the data contained in the official play by play for the given sport.
Yes thatās not the issue at hand. Iām referring to #3 and #7 say that if thereās a clear error (such as a team scoring a goal in soccer and the odds not refreshing and you hammer one side to gain an unfair edge) then the wagers should be voided:
āIf any market remains open with an incorrect score, match time/status or an incorrect/missing red card, we reserve the right to cancel wagers.ā
Again, anyone in this match could have taken a heavy favorite up 11-4 at half and gotten +280 odds for them to win. I took the other side and got instantly put in a highly disadvantaged situation.

Modsā¦ Pitching change in boston game. 21041304072960 still graded as loss. It mentions in bet slip pitching change and game would be no action. It was made before the change. And i have several bets like this.
