We’ve had to remove the mention of the third party website and rules as this is against our Terms of Service and ultimately we’ll have to go by our own rules. I’m looking into this now.
That’s fair, i only added it for clarity for what “unless the result of the wager has been decided” means. It’s frustrating that the sports team doesn’t understand what markets have been decided in a tennis match during a retirement. Thank you for looking into it, I’ve already wasted hours trying to explain this to customer service in live chat to then relay to the sports team.
I do understand your point here, however, these rules are more supposed to be meant towards the result, meaning the timeline is actually definitively over. For instance, if you had a second set wager and the second set had finalized this would obviously apply.
This is a bit of a grey area and I agree that the wording could be simplified or improved for these type of situations either on your side or the other, so I will forward off this feedback to the Sports Team. I’ll also PM you with some other specific details.
I agree, the rules concerning this general topic should be more explicit one way or another. In my specific example, even if only the 2 completed sets are counted (and assumed 0-6 third set loss), the +6 game spread is still covered, so I don’t see how it can be argued as No Action from the sports team.

I’m going to have to side with Michelle94 here. I can understand what Ryan is saying and it makes sense but after reading reading rules, that’s not clearly how one would interpret them. The outcome was a retirement but the bet/wager was achieved before the retirement and it would’ve been impossible to lose the bet had the match finished.
It would seem this wager was now re-settled as a win 
Hey mods – I saw that Demarques Jackson vs Grachik Bozinyan was graded as a loss for Grachik Bozinyan when he in fact won 30-27 by unanimous decision. I’m pretty sure I took the straight ML instead of a prop. Could someone look into this?

Both were wins. 3rd quarter points were 31 and the final score was under 145.5.
I bet on same game as you did. At some point in the third quarter, the live scores disappeared, never to come back up. I searched the internet for scores but was unsuccessful. Now about 12 hours later, the bet is still pending. So I have no idea if it was a win or a loss
