This was the asinine response I got from a CS rep after showing proof the game ended 2-0 and was played in thirds (per one of the SGS Essen’s official Instagram page) The story post clearly says “Nach Dem Ersten Drittal” which is translated as “First Third.”
The game was SGS Essen vs. Utrecht (W) and I bet 1H over 1. Even though the first third ended 0-0, the soccer sports betting rules clearly state:
"If a match is played in a non-standard format, i.e. 3 or 4 periods, then all ‘Half’ related markets will be graded as ‘No Action’. If a match is scheduled to be played for longer than 90 minutes, i.e. 3x 40 minute periods, then all ‘Total’ markets will be graded as ‘No Action’. "

It’s not a huge wager by any means, but it’s absurd how the CS reps are continuing to defend that a halftime bet can be graded when a game is played in thirds.
