I’m afraid I don’t have a timeframe, from what I can see there are quite a few wagers that haven’t been settled for some reason, they are investigation now.

After review, it appears that the wager was mistakenly settled as a win and then subsequently adjusted to a push once the error was identified. Since the winnings were already credited to your account and used before the correction, this resulted in your account going into a negative balance.
