Wager settlement is a bit slow for inning plays… I’ve never have any issues… usually it settle fast once the wager is won … can you guys see what’s going on? Is it a sports center problem? Short on staff on settling bets? Btw today is the only day I’ve encounter the issue …

So I’m back here with, once again, another wrongly graded wager where the CS rep is relying on BS mobile apps instead of reviewing the actual Livestream on Youtube and the official Instagram account of the home team.

The game is Neuchâtel Xamax vs FC Thun. The livestream on Youtube is here and at the 1:45:16 mark you can see Thun’s second goal, and then the players head straight to the tunnels, abandoning the match in the 76th minute. Here is confirmation of that from Xamax’s official Instagram story.

@moderators please review wager 25092511617432 and grade the game no action. Per Bovada’s rules for Soccer:

“Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be graded as ‘No Action’, except for matches that are resumed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or those wagers where the outcome has already been determined at the time of abandonment.”

Im not sure how this can be the 76th minute, when 1.45 is on the clock
That would be 45 minutes first half, 15 minutes break then 45 2nd half no?

I’ve also checked a few sites and they list 33 mins first goal, and 90 mins as the 2nd goal

Game didn’t start until 17:12 in the livestream, HT at 1:02:16, 2nd Half at 1:20:16, Goal at 1:45:16, game suspended right after the goal.

Plus the official instagram page says it was abandoned in the 76th minute.
