I had Tatsuro Taira by R2 submission and his opponent Alex Perez both physically and verbally tapped.

At 0:13 seconds in the clip, Alex Perez audibly groans.

At 0:15 seconds in the clip, referee Herb Dean goes to the right side of the fighters. Perez proceeds to use his left hand to tap for submission. Herb Dean stops the fight in response.

From the Official Unified Rules of MMA:
I. Submission by Tap Out: When a contestant physically uses his hand to indicate that he or she no longer wishes to continue; or

II. Verbal tap out: When a contestant verbally announces to the referee that he or she does not wish to continue or makes audible sounds such as screams indicating pain or discomfort.

im specifically talking about the brink line in those wagers. she got injured within 4 minutes of the game and didnt return… people writing you on twitter too, asking you to void her wagers.

A game special has to meet all conditions. The condition for Brink was not met as she did not play therefore making the settlement correct.
