I made a bet recently and I won but the payout that I received is not correct. These are the details:
As you can see, my payout should be $1200 but it is only letting me cash out $300. Please help me with this and provide a solution as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am pretty sure that I bet thinking that it is on the game’s outcome, and not the series. It never said anywhere that it was for the series. Is there any way to reinstate the bet at the same odds, or honor the game’s outcome as the bet’s payouts?
As you can see, it says on the wager “series prices”

i made a wager on the heat 76ers game may 8th i chose 76ers moneyline and havent been paid yet i usually always get paid out right away wonder whats going on its still a open bet and cash out hasnt changed even though i won Ref. 22051529339490 please let me know whats going on been trying to get ahold of someone for hours

Unfortunately note that this isn’t actually official yet. There are sources stating that he will be named MVP, but until we have an actual official result we cannot grade wager.
why move my post here? I feel like that makes it more difficult for anyone to get back to me.
but the voting is in and it was announced by the NBA that he won the vote? how much more do you need

In regards to the official report where are you seeing this? Any article I have found is merely a report or rumor. Can you please link to an official confirmation from the NBA?

I did see that as well but yes unfortunately it’s just a report. Obviously we understand that it is now very likely that Jokic is to win the MVP, but ultimately we do need to wait for official confirmation from the NBA to ensure we get the original grade correct.

I would assume if it’s been reported already that it won’t take long to actually confirm. This usually takes a few days.
