Well it would only happen if a pitching change was made. And yes, other books would do the same thing. Most of the time, the starting pitcher doesn’t change so we don’t see any changes in the line that would be noticeable 
Hello Bovada Agents, @Ryan_Bovada @Mikey_Bovada and anyone who can help put their 2 cents in. I had a 6-game parlay which resulted in 4 wins and 2 pushes. Unfortunately, Bovada is misunderstanding my issue and gave me a loss for one of the soccer games. One of the live games that I bet had a live score of 1-0, so I bet the game @ the -1 live spread. Moments after I bet the parlay, the referees reversed the goal since there was offsides and the score went back to 0-0 and the live spread went to 0. Just my luck, the final score ended @ 0-0 and online Bovada agents seem to not understand my explanation. Reference number: 22071557287801. I appreciate anyone’s input. I have been on this website for over 8 years, and I thought Bovada would push the soccer game in cases like this. Have a great night everyone, and I hope Bovada fixes this mistaken result of a lost parlay.

The wager is correctly settled as you have Columbus Crew -1.0 as the spread and there was no score. Seeing that your pick did not make the spread you lost the wager.
