I believe in a parlay you don’t really see what’s settled until it is either a win or a loss. You will see loss next to a settled leg, but not necessarily win tagged next to each win. Assuming the sports team was correct here I would think those legs are already settled. I’ll check now.
just on reviewing this I do believe that those Japan and Korean wagers were for the playoffs. Unlike your baseball wagers they don’t have a specific conference or division to win. it simply says winner as an outright bet. While the MLB ones are for the season and a clear division or conference if you bet here in August:

@Nancy yea I don’t think these are regular season bets because there are still odds out for teams to win the American League and it’s impossible for anybody to catch the Astros there aren’t enough games left. That’s misleading, you work for them and didn’t even really know. I know you don’t make the bets but they should put that language beside the wager so people know.
Generally we just go by details and I did state that I believed these were likely playoff bets. Once we have confirmation that they aren’t I will re-escalate to them to advise them they were incorrect. Though this also all depends what the actual bet you placed and where it was located 2 months ago. The wager does clearly just state ‘winner’ which would entail a playoff winner. The team that wins the regular season in the National league isn’t considered the winner of the league.
Last year the Giants won the regular season but they aren’t considered the winner of the National league. The braves are because they won the NLCS.
I am sorry as it does seem the sports team was incorrect here and we’ll PM you some separate details for this, but I did state right off the bat that I was pretty sure these were playoff wagers and in looking at the current lines available it would seem clear to me that they were if these are the same lines that you chose previously:

I just placed this bet 2 mins ago after Barcelona scored. Then right after my bet was accepted the game went frozen and the Barcelona goal went under review and was taken away? Is that fair? I took the over now I have 20 mins for two goals at the odds of needing one goal

Note that this isn’t really something we’ll be able to review actually. Ultimately if the line was up and offered at the time, it would have included the risk of the goal being overturned if that was something that could have happened. Note that we won’t be able to overturn this. Players that wagered on the other side would obviously not agree that this should be voided. Lines always carry risk with them of referee or game decisions.
