I’m seeing it on ESPN in the play by play. Bovada had it 24-27 for a moment too and then went with ESPN. Heres a screenshot from the highlights.

I just spent 20 mins with someone on the chat to be basically called a liar because they claim my horse wasnt scratched before the race. I was watching the race and the horse was scratched before the race started so how am I wrong?
I have been betting horses for over 20 years and never seen this, thank god sports betting in my state is finally legalized and almost ready to launch so I can stop using this shady site that doesnt care about customers that have played on here for over 10+ years.

Though to clarify and add context here, at no point did anyone in the chat basically call you a liar, you were simply advised that the sports team had advised them that the horse was scratched after the start of the race and the agent did sympathize with you. You were also provided compensation for this.

Not really unfortunately, we need to have an official source state that it’s been cancelled and this doesn’t have a real timeframe. Though in most cases we’re probably looking at a few hours at most.
If you do find something that shows this as either completed or voided we’ll escalate as well. I did try but I’m not seeing any results yet.
