Received this email which ridiculous for a multitude of reasons but I wont get into them here as my post would likely get taken down. Long story short I went all in on a parlay including my personal balance and the bonus attached to it. My question is what will happen if my bet hits and the playthough is completed? Will they take the bonus? Will they take my actual money? Will they close my account? I’m not even able to cash out of the parlay so it’s not like I can do anything about their “warning”. Also how in the world are they even okay with including this in their terms to begin with from a PR perspective, it’s blatantly the most anti player clause you could possibly write.
That’s crazy … so they could literally interfere with any bet we place on any sport or game. It’s no wonder “the house always wins.”
@iSMATiC90, This is not the point of the message that he received. If someone is violating the terms which they pointed out we are entitled to issue a warning. The terms are agreed upon once you have decided to create an account with us.
What did he do wrong?
This is the laziest reply you can possibly give. The post and response had nothing to do with whether or not the terms were broken it is clearly about the terms being manipluative and predatory to the player which they are and obviously can be as the site is not overseen by a gaming board. Just as you guys are free to write frivolous terms we are free to complain about it or stop playing. Thank you for avoiding to answer my valid questions.
I broke the terms which basically cover every possible scenario when it comes to how you can place a bet. I recieved this email as a warning to not break the terms which are absolutly insane as you can see in the email. My post was made to ask about what to do next on my end and the moderator completely missed the point. In particular I believe I bet too high of a percentage of my overall balance using my bonus and cash funds but of course they will not tell me as there are no strict guidlines, it’s just kind of whenever they feel like it. You can read more about this on the reddit which moderators are not able to well… moderate. I have likely shot myself in the foot by responding this way and now will have my account banned, bonus taken, or bets voided but honestly after all the problems I really dont care.
@Johnbirchenall My previous answer was not directed towards you as you can clearly see. Whilst I understand your frustration, please ensure that you keep your responses respectful. If you would like to know what to do moving forward, it would be recommended that you wager within the terms and conditions we have in place.
The terms you guys have in place - no betting too much, no arbitrage, no margin, no variance betting, no second deposits, no changing strategy, no changing games, and the rules are only sometimes enforced. How can we possibly stay within these guidelines 100% of the time without even being told which specfic rule was broken. I have bets previously (to recieving this notice) placed that I can’t cash out of without taking a significant loss so my question was what should I do and what will happen to these bets after they are settled? Is it just “up to the discretion of our team” ?
The terms only matter if you win. Guarantee if the wagers all lost they wouldnt say “here is your money back since you violated terms”
What was the parlay placed that broke the terms?
