So lameeeee. I was able to finally play using incognito on chrome. But they had no problem letting me deposit lol. Oh well woe is me lol.
I was affected yesteerday when infinally was able to get back in i contacemted cusromer service very frustrated just to be told theee was no issue that everything had been fine all day.
Following your recent conversation with Customer Service, it appears that you are indicating an issue occurred today. However, according to our records, the agent advised that no issues have been reported on our end for today.
I’m still having issues using Chrome on iPhone.
Update: now safari won’t load, just keeps refreshing
@moderators There are still issues going on right now. It either constantly loops you continually saying “Welcome back” and you can’t do anything. OR…you get in, but it doesn’t show any balance or allow you to check mail, rewards, etc. OR you get in, but none of the games will load, just sits there like you haven’t clicked on the game you want to play.

The platform is not functioning properly!!
Not today, not yesterday, not in several days.
As many in this community have previously stated certain basic functions are near impossible to access and are near unplayable.
Bovada completely ignoring the player concerns is unacceptable and should be addressed properly.
The fact that some community members have received partial compensation for these issues while others have not is not acceptable.
All active players should be treated equally.

It’s bad enough this has been going on for 3 days but CS types me this morning there was no reported issues
Tough to take people at their weird when they say it’s being worked on when the people who are paid to service the customers aren’t even up to date on anything being wrong ( 3 days in )

Still not working. I feel any deposits made after the banner was taken down while the issues where still ongoing should be compensated fully. I am a legend 2 and CS called me a liar when I came to them. Some players have received compensation while others dealing with the same issues have received nothing.

But the first image is how gridiron glory has looked for the past 4 days, and the second is how it should look. Ive done the troubleshooting steps multiple times and had a cs agent escalate the situation. I refuse to play the game in its current state.

I’m still having a hard time logging in. I was able to make a deposit and then I left and a hour later I try to get back in and this has been going on for like six days now almost 7 days now I think. I hit the login icon and it just says welcome and then goes right back to login. I can’t even get into my account. After I make a deposit. I asked for a $50 bonus for my troubles but they said the only bonus I have is that college one but I have to make a $1000 crypto deposit but why would I do that when I can’t even play after I make a deposit? This is like bizarre world right now what’s going on. I have been playing for many years pretty much every day and something like this has never happened. It’s getting really frustrating to the point where I don’t think I even want to play anymore ever again. I make a deposit and then I can’t even get into my account.
